Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by TJ Advisory Ltda ("Inter Mundos", "we", "us"), a company registered in São Paulo, Brazil under CNPJ 67.040.027/0001-89. For anything related to this notice or your personal data, you can reach us at info@intermundos.world.

What we collect, and why

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us directly, through two forms on this site:

  • Contact form (name, email, company, and your message): used to reply to enquiries about advisory or consulting work.
  • Suggest a Guest form on the Podcast page (name, email, and your suggestion): used to evaluate and follow up on podcast guest ideas.

Both forms currently work by opening a pre-filled draft in your own email application, addressed to info@intermundos.world. We do not run a server-side database, form backend, or third-party form service behind them: what you type is sent, from your own email client, straight to our inbox, the same as if you had written to us directly.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us, and, where relevant, taking the steps you have requested in preparation for a possible business relationship (LGPD, Article 7).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. It is a static site with a strict content security policy that only allows content from this domain and Google Fonts (for typography); nothing here reads or writes tracking data about your visit.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only parties who may incidentally process it are the infrastructure providers that keep this website and our email running (for example, our hosting and email providers), strictly to deliver those services, and under their own confidentiality and security obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep the messages you send us for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by Brazilian tax, corporate, or civil law. Otherwise, we do not keep enquiry data indefinitely.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can ask us to confirm whether we hold data about you, access it, correct it, anonymise or delete it, or tell you who we have shared it with; you can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these, write to info@intermundos.world: we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the site or our data practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; material changes will be reflected here.

This notice describes our own practices in plain language. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and we recommend consulting a Brazil-qualified lawyer if you need a formal compliance assessment of your own data processing.
